Assistant Surveyor Training

All assistant surveyors employed by E3 Ecology receive relevant structured training prior to conducting bat and great crested newt surveys. Training covers E3’s standard survey methodologies as well as Level 1 and 2 knowledge and skills as detailed within the Bat Conservation Trust’s Professional Training Standards for Ecological Consultants and relevant information from CIEEM’s Competencies for Species Survey for bats and great crested newts.

Training is held every year for new and returning surveyors. Training dates for 2019 will be announced as soon as possible.
