After completing an HND in Food Business Management and Marketing at Harper Adams University, Rachael has spent much of her career working for Premier Foods as a Technical Regulatory Manager

She returned to Northumberland in 2012, where she now lives on her family farm with her husband and young family. Following a period of self-employment, Rachael joined E3 in May 2024 as a Company Administrator.

Rachael is responsible for preparing survey quotations and works closely with the team to coordinate and manage survey logistics.
