Kim started with E3 in January 2014 as Office Accounts Assistant. Over the last few years her role has grown and she is now Office & Accounts Manager taking care of the book keeping, payroll and general office management for the business.

For the past 4 survey seasons Kim has taken on organising the surveys and assistants required to support the E3 staff on bat and newt surveys during the active season. Prior to joining E3 Kim worked as a branch assistant for the Cumberland Building Society and had previously worked as a business manager with Barclays Bank. She also undertakes the administrative management of her husband’s business.
